Meet Karen, our dedicated manager at Smith's Loos. Starting part-time in accounts and administration, she now oversees all aspects of our business with meticulous care, drawing on her farming and vet nursing background for a unique perspective. Karen ensures everything runs smoothly, emphasizing precision and top-notch customer service. Despite her busy schedule managing our team and operations, she also cherishes spending quality time with her three children.

Meet Don, our versatile part-timer at Smith's Loos. Don seamlessly fills in during busy periods and absences, bringing reliability and expertise to our team since October 2019. Off-duty, he enjoys precious moments with his wife Jenny. Known for his engaging storytelling and good humour, Don entertains with anecdotes and jokes, adding to his dedication and friendly demeanour that make him a valued member of our team.

Daisy

Customer Greeter

Meet Daisy, the beloved black Labrador companion at Smith's Loos. Daisy accompanies Karen to work every day; the only exceptions are when one of her three human siblings may be at home sick from school. Daisy eagerly greets customers with her Labrador wiggle. Fridays are especially exciting for Daisy, as she delights in welcoming customers who come to collect trailer toilets. Her friendly presence adds a warm touch to our workplace, making her a cherished member of our team.
